Job Description:
Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all tender documents and specifications are provided for accurate pricing.
Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations to ensure compliance with tender requirements and cost competitiveness.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), including detailed estimation of material, labour, and subcontractor costs for M&E works.
Develop detailed tender pricing, cost breakdowns, and commercial analyses to support competitive and accurate bid submissions.
Review tender documents to understand project scope, technical specifications, pricing schedules, contractual requirements, and submission criteria.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to clarify requirements, identify risks, and explore value engineering opportunities, particularly for Design & Build tenders.
Support tender submissions, post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying/Building services.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience for M&E Installation works in Singapore
Meticulous and strong attention to detail and numbers
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under tight project timelines.
Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
