Live Streaming Responsibilities and Skills

1. Familiar with the Entire Live Streaming Process
- Agile thinking and adept at managing the on/off status of live streaming links.
- Well-versed in pre-broadcast process management.

2. Engage and Entertain the Audience
- Keep the audience entertained, informed, and engaged through engaging conversation, storytelling, or entertainment.
- Capable of promoting and explaining products effectively.

3. Clear and Concise Presentation
- Present information clearly and concisely, whether it's news, announcements, or educational content.
- Keep events or shows on schedule by managing time effectively and adhering to run-of-show plans.

4. Audience Interaction
- Connect with the audience through social media, Q&A sessions, or live chats.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online chat.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Record and manage customer interactions, updating customer account information when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with customer onboarding, and follow up to ensure their needs are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
