Shinryo Technical Services (STS) set up in 2004 to provide top quality post-installation operation and maintenance services. STS is led by a motivated management with teams of skilled and dedicated staff. Its professionalism is clearly reflected in the quality of its results importantly beneficial to the clients. The technical staff supplement the Property Manager by ensuring a smooth transition from project site to operational building as well as looking after the long term life of the building services. Apart from maintenance services, STS also carries out the E&M Fit-out, addition & alternation, system retrofit works.

Job Responsibilities:
Tendering, Project/Maintenance planning, contracting, design and BS installation;

Site supervision, coordination and management of subcontractors;

Lead subordinates for faults handling and trouble-shooting of BS installation;

Testing & commissioning for BS works especially ACMV, Building Management System and Fire Services.

Requirements:
Holder of Degree / HD / HC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;

4 years or above relevant working experience;

Relevant experience in Contractor or E&M firm is preferable;

Good command of spoken and written in English;

Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or C is preferred.

Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
