Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings as the technical expert to understand business pain points and provide technical consulting.

• Translate high-level client requirements into clear technical tasks, architectures, and frameworks for the internal development team.

• Architect specific AI Agent workflows. You will map out prompt strategies, tool-use logic, data inputs/outputs, and the overall system architecture.
  

• Oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure technical solutions are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  

About you

• A strong technical background is required (e.g., Degree in AI-related field, Computer Science, Information Systems, or hands-on experience in software development/architecture) to effectively communicate with our engineers.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the AI industry.

• Deep familiarity with AI Agent skills and frameworks; hands-on agent product development experience is highly preferred.

• Relevant AI Certificate are preferred (e.g. AWS Certificate)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between business clients and the engineering team.

• Fluent in Cantonese (MUST), English, and Mandarin (verbal and written)
