Job Title:
Operations Manager
Work Schedule:
5-day work week (including 1 weekend)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Manager
to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving to keep processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth daily operations.
Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to resolve issues promptly.
Assist in preparing operational reports and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Ensure Daily and weekly KPIs are met
