We are looking for a capable and hands-on Operation Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse and operational activities in Segambut.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, good operational discipline and experience coordinating people, inventory and day-to-day workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and operations activities
• Coordinate receiving, putaway, picking, packing and outbound processes
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity
• Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Monitor stock handling and inventory accuracy
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers and other departments
• Ensure SOPs, safety requirements and company procedures are followed
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
• Support stock counts and other operational projects when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or operations supervision
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to communicate effectively across different departments
• Strong attention to accuracy, productivity and operational discipline
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Automotive parts or spare parts industry experience is an advantage
