Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible Assistant Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with daily project coordination and administration.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project activities.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other project documents.
• Maintain accurate filing and project records.
• Support the Project Manager and team with administrative duties.
• Ensure project information is updated and properly organized.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Previous administrative or project coordination experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
