Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and complaints related to Hotlink Prepaid Services.

Cross-sell services, including promoting upgrades from prepaid to postpaid plans.

Shift Schedule

PM Shifts:

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
