We are looking for Front Office Executive to join our team!

As our Front Office Executive , we rely on you to:

• Greet and welcome guest in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage and to assist the front desk/reception during peak hour
• Handle incoming calls, direct them to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Support other departments with clerical and coordination tasks as required
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and self-motivated mindset.
• Has a can-do attitude.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
