Job Title: BIM Modellers / Engineers / Coordinators / Managers
Location: Singapore

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced BIM professionals, including BIM Modellers, BIM Engineers, BIM Coordinators, and BIM Managers, to support projects in Singapore. Candidates should have strong BIM expertise and experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables with project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.
• Ensure BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements are followed.
• Generate construction documentation and reports from BIM models.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Support project planning, design reviews, and construction activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in BIM modelling, coordination, or management.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and BIM standards.
• Experience working on large-scale building or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
