Experience: 5+ Years

Contract: 6 Months Rolling

Looking for candidates with strong Application/Production Support experience in:

B2C / Customer-facing Applications

eCommerce / Digital Portals / Web Applications

Adobe Website, Rewards App & WeChat

L1/L2 Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Basic HTTP / Application Architecture knowledge

Stakeholder & Business User Management

Ability to guide junior support teams
