Job Summary

Responsible in managing all aspects of audio and visual production, including planning, coordinating, and executing AV projects for guests' functions, presentations, and media content. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Job Responsibility

• Event Production: Plan, set up, and operate audio and visual equipment for live events, conferences, and presentations, ensuring high-quality sound and visual experiences.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and available for use. Stay updated on the latest AV technology and trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with banquet team & events planning teams to support their AV needs and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on AV equipment and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of presentations and events.
• Quality Control: Review and edit audio/visual materials to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with project goals.

Requirement

• Proven experience in audio and visual production, including event management and equipment operation.
• Strong technical skills in audio/visual equipment and software (e.g., soundboards, projectors, video editing software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of current trends in audio and visual technology and media production
