We’re Hiring: Senior Executive, Accounts

We are a growing player in the durian plantation, retail, e-commerce, and export sector, seeking a Senior Executive, Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance team in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Location: Selangor, Malaysia — Office conveniently located near Sungai Besi MRT and STAR LRT

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and assist in month-end closing.
• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with MPERS and local tax regulations.
• Monitor inventory and procurement transactions to ensure accurate recording.
• Assist in managing cash flow, supplier payments, and customer collections.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Provide accounting support for plantation operations, retail sales, e-commerce, and export activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in plantation, agriculture, FMCG, retail, or export industries is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with inventory and procurement processes preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
