Sanderson-iKas Singapore Hiring! Full Time Application Support Analyst (Fixed Income) in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for global Fixed Income Front Office applications.
• Act as the local technical expert for the Summit FT application and ensure its availability and stability during Asia trading hours.
• Monitor application batches, processes and production activities, and investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Perform technical changes, application maintenance and production support activities.
• Work closely with global IT and application support teams to troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in functional and technology projects related to Fixed Income applications.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations and service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, support activities and global application governance.

Skills:

• Experience in application support / production support, preferably within a financial services or investment banking environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting Front Office applications within Fixed Income, Capital Markets or Trading environments.
• Experience with Summit FT or similar Front Office trading platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of application monitoring, batch processing, incident management and production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with development, infrastructure and business teams.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income business processes and Front Office applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide support during Asia trading hours.
