We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our small team. The role will primarily focus on day-to-day accounting and operational transactions, ensuring that accounting and operational records and supporting documents are complete and maintained on a timely basis.

The candidate should be comfortable handling routine accounting work independently, careful and detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the company's accounting and operation activities.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and operational transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Excel and the accounting system.
• Review suppliers' documents and ensure transactions are correct.
• Check shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records in the company's shared drive.
• Perform month-end closing activities and assist in preparation of management reports.
• Assist with year-end annual reporting and audit.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
