Roles & Responsibilities

IET PTE LTD, established in 2015, is a trusted partner in General Contracting and Manpower Supply, serving the construction, aerospace, and railway industries. Our core business began with building construction and major upgrading works, and we have since expanded into multi-industry technical and manpower solutions to meet the growing demands of Singapore’s infrastructure and engineering sectors.

We are officially recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) under the Aerospace Labour Supply Scheme (ALSS), which authorizes us to supply skilled manpower to the aerospace sector. This complements our established manpower support in construction and rail engineering, enabling us to provide clients with a full spectrum of workforce and technical expertise.

Our Key Capabilities:

Construction & Civil Works: Skilled manpower, technical supervisors, and site support for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Aerospace Labour Supply: MOM-licensed deployment of aviation technicians, engineers, and ground support staff for airlines and MRO operators.

Railway & Engineering Support: Workforce solutions for operations, maintenance, and project delivery in Singapore’s rail sector.

Technical & Logistics Support: Provision of equipment, machinery, and on-site manpower for fast, compliant, and safe execution of client projects.
