Account Executive (Full Set Account)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and organized Account Executive (Full Set Account) to manage the company’s full set of accounting and finance operations. The role involves maintaining complete accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and cash book.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
• Manage invoicing, billing, payment processing, and supplier payments.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and clients on accounting matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
• Assist in SST submission, tax preparation, and statutory reporting when required.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis activities.
• Able communication with 3 language

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must have experience or knowledge in full set accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, Autocount or similar is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure during month-end closing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
