Full Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations independently and supporting the company’s finance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor payments, expenses, and outstanding receivables.
• Ensure accounting records comply with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and other external parties when required.
• Assist with finance-related documentation and administrative matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• No degree or working experience are welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and processes.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
• Able to work independently while also being a good team player.

Job Details

Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month
