Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including prospecting new clients and strategic partners across target markets

- Develop and implement go - to - market strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share

- Build and maintain strong, long - term relationships with clients and partners through regular engagement and proactive expectation management

- Collaborate with cross - functional internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to continuously refine and inform business development strategies

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch materials to prospective clients and partners

• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, including contracts and pricing terms, with clients and partners

• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership on business development activities and revenue pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the programmatic advertising or broader digital media industry

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and cultivating strong client and partner relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

- Strong analytical and problem - solving capabilities, with the ability to leverage data to support sound business decisions

• Experience managing or mentoring a team (is a bonus)

• Willingness to travel as required by business needs
