Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image

Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships

Mentor retail team and oversee scheduling and proper SOPs

Assign tasks, support retail team, and offer constructive feedback where needed to help improve the team and overall productivity

Lead stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers

Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately

Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed

Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback

Other duties as assigned
