Job Overview

Join our team as Waiter/Waitress. We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented candidate to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards throughout the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests warmly, provide menus, and explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials.

Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are accurate and meet the required quality and service standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, respond to requests and enquiries, and handle minor complaints professionally.

Clear, clean, and reset tables, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

Process customer payments accurately, including handling cash, card, or other payment methods, and issue receipts when required.

Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely restaurant operations.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Assist with restaurant opening, closing, and daily operational duties as required.

Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or food & beverage environment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
