IT Procurement Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Contract (12 Months, Extendable)

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Procurement Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or contract management. The successful candidate will support the procurement of IT hardware and software, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, manage procurement documentation, and ensure timely delivery of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify IT hardware and software procurement requirements and prepare business case approvals.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for procurement activities.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing RFQ/RFP and contract documents.
• Monitor procurement progress and follow up on procurement issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for management.
• Support vendor performance assessments and contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or contract management.
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes, RFQ/RFP, and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,575.27 - RM5,500.00 per month
