Job Summary

You will maintain and enforce food safety management systems while collaborating with production, R&D, and customers to ensure product quality and compliance in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce food safety management systems such as ISO 22000, FSSC, and HALAL to ensure compliance and safety standards
• Collaborate with Production and R&D teams to develop new products and resolve troubleshooting issues
• Liaise directly with customers to address and resolve quality and food safety concerns
• Establish and verify accuracy of product specifications and related documentation provided to customers
• Monitor and follow up on machine and equipment maintenance to support consistent production quality
• Conduct supplier and internal food safety audits to ensure product consistency and compliance
• Review and manage customer complaints, inspections, and non-conformities to drive corrective actions
• Assess and improve inspection and testing plans to enhance quality control processes
• Work closely with customers on new product specifications and provide quality feedback for continuous improvement
• Execute ad-hoc projects as assigned to support quality assurance objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience in the food and beverage industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to quality assurance tasks
• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and customers
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing quality and safety documentation
