Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Consultant role at PHS Autohaus, Puchong (Volkswagen & Audi). The Sales Consultant will be responsible for coordinating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting customers throughout the sales process to purchase our vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and participating in out-of-showroom marketing events.

PHS Autohaus is the Malaysian retail arm of Porsche Holding Salzburg (PHS), one of the largest and most successful automotive distributors in Europe. We commenced operations at Volkswagen Puchong 5S Centre on the 2nd of May 2019, catering to the complete needs of Volkswagen owners - from sales to after sales, accident repair, body and paint as well as diagnostics and major repairs. With a land size of 10,900m², the 5S Centre currently has 15 working bays for general repair and 9 working bays for body and paint and accommodate up to 15 car displays in its showroom. Volkswagen Puchong also offers Das WeltAuto, Volkswagen’s global used car programme that offers customers certified used cars they can trust.
