• Reporting to Management and responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of Swiss watches for overseas branch, ensuring the efficient movement, documentation, storage and delivery of watches and related goods
• Watch Sorting & Shipment Preparation
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination
• Carnet Management
• CITES Compliance and Stock Card Management
• ERP System and Data Management for timely entry of import, export, inventory and shipment-related information
• Inventory and stock control
• Spare parts/tools management and documentation
• Compliance, documentation and record keeping

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
• Working experiences in shipping documentation, processing of import and export documentation
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP B1 or any ERP System is a plus
• Candidates with prior operational work experiences with Watch Brand Principals will be viewed favorably
• Positive attitude, diligent and detailed oriented
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Office: Bishan/Marymount |Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30am)
