About The Job.

In this role, you will manage production costing and inventory valuation to enhance cost control and operational profitability across manufacturing processes.

• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and standard cost allocations within enterprise resource systems.
• Analyze manufacturing expenditure, including direct materials, work-in-progress, and production variances to drive cost efficiency.
• Support annual budgeting cycles, rolling financial forecasts, and product pricing models.
• Partner with cross-functional operational teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial performance.
• Assist with system enhancements and deliver clear reporting commentary for executive management.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related professional discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing cost accounting or plant finance operations.
• Strong technical background in standard costing, bill of materials management, and cost variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet financial modeling and hands-on exposure to enterprise resource planning systems.
• Solid analytical capabilities with effective communication skills to collaborate across operational units.
