Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and statutory requirements.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage.
Mature, responsible, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.
Manage office supplies, equipment, licences, contracts, and service providers.
