Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machines involved in plastic recycling and compounding processes. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and supports daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality, discipline, and cleanliness
- Record and report process parameters, production data, and material movement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
- No experience needed (training will be provided).
- Good attendance and punctuality are required.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy materials safely.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to commit to working overtime (high OT availability).
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
- Forklift driving experience is an added advantage.
