Job Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for the grading and screening of cigar tobacco leaves, control of fermentation processes, and management of the cigar rolling process to ensure stable product quality;

2. Lead the development of production process standards and work instructions, optimizing fermentation cycles and temperature and humidity parameters to improve yield rate;

3. Coordinate factory production scheduling, manage raw material supply and finished product warehousing, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of production plans;

4. Organize technical efforts to resolve quality abnormalities such as broken fibers and voids during the rolling process, and conduct regular process reviews and improvements;

5. Responsible for the implementation of safety regulations on the production site, supervise employee compliance, and implement the safety production responsibility system.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in tobacco, food fermentation, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in tobacco product process management;

2. Proficient in core processes of cigar tobacco leaf processing, fermentation control, and manual/mechanical rolling, with practical experience in well-known wineries or tobacco factories;

3. Familiar with ISO quality management systems and relevant tobacco industry regulations and standards, and capable of independently drafting process documents;

4. Possesses excellent team management skills and data analysis thinking, and can efficiently solve complex production site emergencies;

5. Meticulous, responsible, adaptable to shift work, and possesses strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
