Role Focus
As an Events Assistant, you will gain complete exposure to the event lifecycle—from initial logistics to real-time execution and digital storytelling. This role is designed for a highly organized, proactive individual looking to master event support, guest engagement, and short-form content creation in a corporate business environment
What You'll Do
- Planning & Logistics: Assist with initial event planning, build out project timelines, and keep logistics on schedule.
- Resource Coordination: Act as a key point of contact to coordinate venues, event materials, external vendors, and on-site manpower.
- On-Site Operations: Support guest registration counters, drive attendee engagement, and ensure smooth live event operations.
- Content & Promotion: Help produce engaging event content and promotional materials to drive awareness and document the experience.
- Post-Event Wrap-up: Collect attendee feedback, analyze data, and assist with essential post-event follow-up and reporting.
