岗位职责

  • Operations & Transportation: Arranging, monitoring, and optimizing daily delivery schedules, shipments, and driver routes.

  • Inventory & Warehouse Control: Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock records, and coordinating warehouse loading/unloading

    - Documentation & Compliance: Preparing shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists) and supporting customs clearance/trade regulations.
    -Liaison & Communication: Acting as the main point of contact between suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments (sales/warehouse).
    -Promptly addressing delays, damage, or stock-related issues.
