PROJECT: E-HAILING ACCOUNT

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Position: Customer Support
October Intake Available
Immediate Starters Preferred

JOB DETAILS

• Customer Support for an E-Hailing Account
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance
• Respond to customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Assist with account / booking / service-related enquiries
• Training provided
• Rotational working shifts
• 6 days working per week, including weekends & Public Holidays

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian candidates
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries
• Able to work on rotational shifts
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Candidates with an active e-hailing account are preferred
