Job Responsibilities
Manage and perform
day-to-day HR and administrative operations
, ensuring all HR-related matters are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
Handle the
full spectrum of monthly payroll processing
, including basic salary, allowances, overtime, commissions, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments, with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Process monthly
CPF contributions and other statutory submissions
, ensuring compliance with prevailing Singapore employment and statutory requirements.
Prepare and process
IR8A, IR21 and tax clearance matters
, as well as other relevant employee income tax submissions.
Administer and maintain
government-paid leave and statutory claims
, including CPF-related and other applicable government claims.
Manage statutory payments and submissions, including
Foreign Worker Levy (FWL), FWL waiver applications
and other applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the
HRIS
, including employee particulars, salary information, leave, attendance and other HR-related data.
Manage
employee lifecycle administration
, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations and other employee movements.
Assist with
foreign worker administration
, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related MOM matters.
Prepare and submit
government surveys, manpower reports and other statutory/administrative returns
within the stipulated deadlines.
Maintain and update the
Occupational Employment Dataset (OED)
and other relevant manpower information on a regular basis.
Maintain proper and systematic
HR documentation and personnel records
, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist with
leave, attendance, medical claims, employee benefits and other HR administrative matters
.
Liaise with employees, government agencies and external service providers on HR, payroll and administrative matters when required.
Support the HR team in ensuring
compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements
.
Perform other
HR and administrative duties and ad hoc assignments
as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum
2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience
, preferably with hands-on experience managing monthly payroll independently.
Strong hands-on experience in
full-cycle payroll processing
, preferably within an environment involving
basic salary and commission-based remuneration
.
Good knowledge of
Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements
, including CPF, IR8A, IR21, FWL and government-paid leave/claims.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong attention to
payroll accuracy and data integrity
.
Able to handle
confidential employee and payroll information
with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Good working knowledge of
HR administration, employee records management and HRIS
.
Experience with
Info-Tech, SAP and Microsoft Office
will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Proactive, responsible and able to
work independently with minimal supervision
.
Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
.
A good team player who is willing to support both
HR and general administrative functions
when required.
