Job Summary

Coordinate project administration and documentation for a PUB piping company, managing communication with clients, foremen, and sub-contractors. Support project planning including scheduling and risk management, and handle progress reports and claims efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage all project-related administration and documentation to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping

Communicate effectively with clients, foremen, and sub-contractors to facilitate smooth project execution

Develop and maintain project schedules and implement risk management strategies to support project planning

Prepare and process progressive reports and claims to track project progress and financial status

Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate project activities and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Certificate or diploma in a building-related field
