Role Objective

Create content that drives attention, engagement, audience growth, and brand demand, contributing to top-of-funnel impact and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

1. Produce High-Performing & Viral Content

Create content designed to maximize:

Views Retention Engagement

Focus on performance, not just output

Continuously improve based on data

2. Drive Content Optimization

Track performance metrics (views, engagement, completion)

Identify winning formats and scale them

Eliminate low-performing content styles

3. Build Audience & Demand

Drive follower growth and engagement

Encourage UGC and participation

Create content that builds brand interest and demand

4. Execute Daily Discipline

Maintain consistent posting across platforms

Deliver content calendar 100%

Manage community engagement actively

5. Support Campaign Impact

Create content that supports campaigns and launches

Translate campaign messaging into engaging formats

Contribute ideas to improve performance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
