Job Summary

Lead the development and management of project-specific BIM Execution Plans, coordinate BIM collaboration among stakeholders, and ensure accurate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle for timely and compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans to guide BIM processes and standards

Maintain and update precise BIM models throughout the entire project lifecycle to support design and construction activities

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth BIM collaboration

Chair regular BIM meetings with subcontractors’ BIM representatives to identify and resolve model clashes effectively

Oversee BIM data exchange processes to ensure accurate and timely information sharing among project teams

Produce detailed plans, elevations, and section drawings derived from BIM models to support site progress and construction needs

Ensure timely delivery of drawing production aligned with site progress requirements

Implement and enforce BIM standards and Levels of Development to maintain model quality and consistency

Prepare accurate and complete as-built BIM models for handover to facility management teams or clients, including all necessary documentation

Develop and run 4D/5D simulations to support project scheduling and cost analysis

Prepare BIM models for clash detection coordination to identify and mitigate design conflicts early

Apply knowledge of local construction regulations to ensure BIM compliance with statutory requirements

Perform ad-hoc BIM-related tasks necessary to support project progression and stakeholder needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Construction, BIM-related field, or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3-5 years of BIM experience within a main contractor environment

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for Architecture and Structure, Navisworks, and clash detection software

Strong attention to detail and self-driven work ethic with effective interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage BIM responsibilities autonomously
