• Check incoming scan files and prescriptions for completeness
• Design a crown and its corresponding printed model in Exocad
• Prepare and nest files correctly for the 3D printer and milling machine
• Print, post-process, and inspect models
• Mill, sinter (where applicable), and finish crown restorations
• Perform fit and quality checks before handover
• Recognize common errors and know when to escalate to a senior technician
