uParcel is a Singapore-based courier, logistics, and fulfillment company delivering parcels for businesses and individuals across the island. We're looking for a reliable,safety-conscious Lorry Driver to join our last-mile delivery team.

About the Role

As a Lorry Driver, you'll be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of parcels to customers across assigned routes in Singapore, using a light lorry 10ft (up to 3.5 tonnes). This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that keeps our delivery promise to businesses and individuals every day.

Key Responsibilities

•       Collect parcels from the warehouse/sorting hub and deliver them to customers along assigned routes and time windows

•       Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation and the company's delivery app

•       Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly

•       Capture proof of delivery (photos, signatures, or OTP)via the company mobile app for every stop

•       Collect cash-on-delivery payments where applicable and reconcile collections at the end of each shift

•       Load and unload parcels safely, following proper manual handling procedures

•       Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and in good working condition

•       Comply with LTA regulations, traffic laws, and all company safety policies

•       Deliver good customer service during handovers, including handling customer queries professionally

•       Report accidents, incidents, or delivery delays to the operations team immediately

Requirements

•       Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence, in good standing

•       Prior experience driving a lorry or delivery van, preferably in a courier/logistics environment

•       Good working knowledge of Singapore roads and routes

•       Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet app for navigation, proof-of-delivery, and reporting

•       Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels (up to approx. 20kg) repeatedly through the day

•       Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

•       Clean driving record; no major traffic offences in the past 2 years

•       Singaporean/PR, or a valid work pass holder eligible to be employed in this role

Working Hours

•       Monday–Saturday, 10am–7pm, with occasional overtime]

Salary & Benefits

•       Basic salary: S$1,800–S$2,500/month

•       Additional allowances: [e.g. overtime pay, mileage/fuel allowance, attendance incentive]
