Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining AI-driven platforms, internal applications, and IT systems
• Ensure compliance with data security, PDPA, and relevant legal tech standards.
• Maintain documentation, perform testing, and provide user support and training.
• Design and manage a user-friendly chatbot and dynamic FAQ system to improve client self-service and reduce administrative load.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure information provided is accurate, current, and consistent with legal practice standards.

Skills:

• Strong programming skills
