Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the data centre industry.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the data centre space to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Deliver compelling solution presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements, leveraging Vertiv's full portfolio of data centre infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Factory, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with management, factory partners, and engineering teams to optimise the end-to-end customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data centre industry to identify potential business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to management.
• Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in data centre infrastructure, critical power, cooling solutions, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and IT systems, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent command of Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with high potential but less experience are welcome and will be considered for junior-level positions.
