Job Descriptions:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our project and contract teams. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and analyzing cost comparisons to support procurement decisions

Obtaining quotations and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

Measuring quantities and taking off for cost planning and progress claims

Preparing Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and sub-contractor payments

Supporting pre-contract administration, including tender preparation

Handling general QS duties as required across project phases.

Job Requirements:
Entry-level candidate or 1–3 years’ experience as a QS with a Main Contractor

Familiarity with PSSCOC, SIA, and REDAS contracts

Degree or Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

A team-oriented attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
