Role Overview

As a Web Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, updating, and maintaining all websites under ToYm and its related brands.

You will ensure all websites are visually consistent, fully functional, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO, performance, and analytics tracking.

Job Description

1. Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites for ToYm and sister companies.
2. Maintain and update content, banners, images, promotions, and announcements on all corporate websites.
3. Ensure visual consistency across all ToYm and SunStrong brands.
4. Integrate tracking pixels, SEO tags, and analytics tools across multiple platforms.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns with web assets (landing pages, forms, promotional pages).
6. Troubleshoot website bugs, errors, hosting issues, and performance problems.
7. Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Framer AI) to accelerate development and content updates.
8. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
9. Coordinate with external developers when complex backend updates are required.

Job Requirements

1. 2–3 years experience in web design and front-end development.
2. Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (mandatory).
3. Experience handling multiple websites at the same time.
4. Familiar with UI/UX principles and design tools (Figma, XD, Photoshop).
5. Understanding of hosting, domains, cPanel, DNS, and website security.
6. Able to manage multiple website updates under tight deadlines.
7. Experience using AI web tools is a strong advantage.
8. Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
