We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive . The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, be hands-on, and capable of working independently to support the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
monthly financial statements
, management reports, and supporting schedules.
Perform
bank reconciliations
, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Manage
invoice processing, payments, and collections
.
Ensure compliance with
accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
.
Assist in
budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial analysis
.
Liaise with
external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
when required.
Support
year-end audit and tax filing processes
.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Requirements
Diploma in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
.
2–3 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
