Delivery coordination, milestone tracking and project reporting across multiple workstreams.

Maintaining action logs, RAID registers, project documentation and meeting minutes.

Coordinating sprint ceremonies, vendor follow-ups and dependency management.

Coordinating UAT activities, defect tracking, release readiness and governance follow-through.

Supporting PSC and project governance forums, including preparation of materials and tracking of decisions and actions.

Coordinating stakeholder engagement, user training and adoption activities.

Supporting project coordination, planning, tracking and follow-up activities.
