Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML & GenAI Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ML, LLMs, RAG, and AI application development, with the ability to guide engineers and collaborate with business/product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Build scalable ML/DL models, LLM/RAG solutions, and AI applications.
• Guide AI/ML engineers and conduct technical reviews.
• Work with business and product teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Manage model deployment, optimisation, monitoring, and production performance.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with strong hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Good knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI.
• Experience with APIs and SQL.
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and optimisation.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

The project is alcohol-based. Candidates must be 100% comfortable working on an alcohol-related project.
