Job Summary

Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations and maintenance for passenger and commercial vehicles, ensuring timely schedules, vehicle upkeep, and excellent customer service to support efficient delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and operational activities for passenger and commercial vehicle fleets to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules while monitoring fleet status to maintain timely and efficient operations
• Apply Standard Operating Procedures consistently to uphold service quality and operational compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to facilitate smooth daily delivery processes
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and servicing to ensure fleet reliability and compliance with safety standards
• Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle fleet to maintain professional appearance and functionality
• Perform additional assigned tasks to support fleet and operational needs as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Higher NITEC, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
