We are looking for a responsible and hardworking
Food Stall Supervisor
to oversee the daily operations of our food stall. The Supervisor will manage staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, handle customer service, monitor stock, and ensure the stall operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food stall.
Assign duties and work schedules to kitchen and service staff.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and discipline.
Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Check deliveries and ensure ingredients are stored properly.
Minimise food wastage and control operating costs.
Handle cash, payments, and daily sales records when required.
Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Train new staff on food preparation, service, hygiene, and company procedures.
Ensure kitchen equipment and the stall are clean and properly maintained.
Conduct opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks.
Report operational issues, equipment problems, and staffing matters to management.
Support the team during busy periods and assist with food preparation or serving when necessary.
Perform other duties assigned by the owner or manager.
