Engineer - Technology (Project Execution)

Job Purpose

Supports execution of capital and technology projects — new lines, automation and facility upgrades — from planning through commissioning at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking for assigned technology/capex projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders on installation and commissioning activities.

Assist in site supervision, ensuring work complies with safety, quality and project specifications.

Prepare project documentation — progress reports, punch lists, as-built drawings.

Support testing, commissioning and handover of new equipment/systems to operations.

Track project costs and support procurement/purchase-requisition processes.

Escalate project risks/delays to the project lead for timely resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering.

0–2 years of relevant project or engineering experience; fresh graduates with strong project/internship exposure considered.

Basic understanding of project-management principles and construction/installation practices.

Good coordination, documentation and site-supervision skills.

Willingness to work on-site during installation/commissioning phases.
