- Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers (SG/SO) to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with Daily Attendance Hourly Reporting (DAHR) procedures.
- Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters.
- Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines.
- Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring all documentation meets required standards and is submitted accordingly.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, duty rosters, and weekly timesheets to management.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency.
- Manage administrative tasks including equipment requests, documentation, and coordination with headquarters.
- Attend meetings with management and clients, providing updates and addressing operational requirements.
- Train, guide, and support security personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidates with experience in Security, Manufacturing, or Construction industries are preferred.
- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, or Patrolling Officer will be an added advantage.
- Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work on-site and handle operational duties.
- Possess valid motorcycle and car driving licenses.
- Must own a motorcycle for work purposes.
