Overview Of The Position

This role leads quality assurance initiatives by driving continuous improvement, managing customer feedback, and mentoring QA teams, while ensuring high standards across manufacturing or product development environments. It requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with extensive experience in the quality field.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a quality-driven culture,
• with strong attention to detail.
• Handle customer complaints / feedback and work with related team members to rectify the matter.
• Lead and perform training and mentorship to a team of QA personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the superior.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate with graduate degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in quality field is required
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or product development environments
• Excellent leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both oral and written.
